Douglas County is soliciting proposals from interested parties to provide expertise in Solid Waste Management to assist the County in reviewing and updating of the current Douglas County Solid Waste and Moderate Risk Waste Management Plan (SWMP). In addition the Board of Douglas County Commissioners is requesting engineering and consulting services for a new Residential Use Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Facility. Proposals will be received at 203 Rainier Street PO Box 747, Waterville, Washington until 9:00 AM, Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at which time they will be opened.
