Public Hearing: Resolution to consider the Adoption of a Special Vehicle Permit for McNeil Canyon Rd

NOTICE IS HERE BY GIVEN that the Douglas County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing beginning at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 in the Commissioners Chambers at the Douglas County Courthouse, 203 South Rainier, Waterville, WA. The Commissioners will consider a Special Motor Vehicle Permit process for use on McNeil Canyon Road by vehicles over 10,000 lbs GVW.  

At which time any interested persons may appear to provide testimony for or against the adoption of the proposed code revision. Copies of the Special Motor Vehicle Permit process for McNeil Canyon Road are available at the Department of Transportation & Land Services, 140 19th St. NW, East Wenatchee and at the County’s Website: www.douglascountywa.net.
